North Mountains Plaza, LLC is committed to ensuring that Mountain View Plaza — both our website and our physical property — is accessible to people with disabilities. We want every visitor and tenant to be able to access our information and our center with dignity and independence.

Our Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, motor, and neurological disabilities.

Measures We Take

Steps we have taken on this website include:

• Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading hierarchy and landmark regions;
• A "Skip to main content" link for keyboard and screen reader users;
• Full keyboard navigability, with a visible focus indicator on all interactive elements;
• Text and background color combinations tested to meet WCAG AA minimum contrast ratios;
• Every contact form field carries a visible, programmatically associated label, and required fields are marked;
• Form errors and confirmations are announced to assistive technology via live regions;
• Descriptive link text, text alternatives for logos and images, and descriptive titles on embedded content;
• Decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology so they do not create noise;
• Responsive layouts that support zoom and reflow on small screens without loss of content.

Physical Property Accessibility

Mountain View Plaza is a single-story neighborhood retail center with surface parking. The property includes designated accessible parking spaces and accessible routes into the common areas. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. In particular:

• Embedded Google Map. Our location map is a Google Maps embed. We cannot control its accessibility, so we also provide the property address and cross streets in plain text, plus a direct link to open the location in Google Maps.
• Anti-spam check. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse. Turnstile is designed to be accessible and usually requires no interaction, but it is a third-party component we do not control. If it prevents you from reaching us, please let us know by another means and we will make sure your message is received.
• Third-party tenant links. Our tenant directory links to third-party websites and to Google and Yelp listings. We do not control the accessibility of those sites.

Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project. We review this site periodically and address issues as they are identified. Feedback from users is one of the most valuable ways we learn about barriers, and we welcome it.
