• Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, you provide your first and last name, email address, telephone number, the type of inquiry you are making, and the contents of your message.
• Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider and any analytics services we use may automatically record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to the inquiry you submit through our contact form;
• Communicate with you about the property and related matters;
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. Contact form submissions are routed based on the inquiry type you select. We may share information with:

• Our leasing brokers at Velocity Retail Group, who receive submissions marked as a Leasing Inquiry;
• Our property manager, Colliers, who receives submissions marked as a General / Management Inquiry;
• Service providers that host the Site, deliver our email, or protect our forms from abuse — currently Vercel (hosting), SMTP2GO (email delivery), and Cloudflare (DNS and anti-spam);
• Legal and professional advisors, and other parties where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Anti-Spam & Form Protection

Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps us distinguish real visitors from automated bots. Turnstile may collect technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics for the sole purpose of that check, and is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

Cookies & Analytics

The Site may use cookies or similar technologies to remember your preferences and to understand how visitors use the Site. The Site also embeds a Google Maps frame on the Location section, which may set cookies and collect usage data under Google's own privacy policy. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.

Data Retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, to pursue a potential business relationship, and to comply with our legal and recordkeeping obligations.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request that we access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided to us by contacting us through the form linked below. Third-Party Links & Embeds

The Site links to and embeds content from third-party services, including our brokers, our property manager, our tenants, and third-party review and mapping services such as Google and Yelp. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those services, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

The Site is intended for a general and business audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
